Description
The Advertising Execution Manager will be the primary point of contact for the agency during the production process and will be the voice of the LOB program manager from pre-bid through final production.
Candidate should have agency experience with at least 5 years in Broadcast (TV/Radio) or Print production. Should demonstrate a clear understanding of production processes and have experience managing production budgets. Exceptional organization skills are a must. Agency experience is necessary as this position will act as a liaison between our partner agencies and our internal line of business program managers. Candidate must be nimble and flexible to succeed in fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of creative production after concept approval for mass media creative elements, ie: TV, Radio, Print, OOH, original artwork.(BBDO & HH)
- Manage agency during production process, from director/photographer selection through to approval.
- Manage LOB partners during production process, from FUSION approval to air/pub date.
- Oversees production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintains established budget standards.
- Establishes and maintain positive relationship with agency partners and works to anticipate challenges before they arise or solve for them in partnership if they do occur
- Scheduling, estimating, production/post production supervision, cost actualization.
- Support Renee Calder on large integrated projects
- Network Optimization production execution (NY, Chgo, LA)
- Maintain Master production schedule
- Integrated meeting management
- Chair weekly BBDO production review meeting
- Lead liaison and production manger for Multicultural agencies (Ten, Lopez Negrete)
- Provide production SEM support for non broadcast projects (long form films, webisodes, etc).
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Experience in mass advertising execution/production. Experience working with or at an advertising agency on a fast paced, retail business. Organized, ability to multi-task, team and success oriented.
Desired Skills:

- Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field
- At least 5 years Advertising production experience (including agency experience with either traffic or production background)
- Strong numbers aptitude, with ability to compile and analyze data.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Good problem solving skills, goal oriented, self motivated and demonstrates initiative.
- Has a working knowledge of marketing, finance and advertising.
- Must have some knowledge of broadcast creative production process.. Background in and both broadcast print production desired.
- High level of attention to detail required.
