Description
Applies knowledge and expertise of AML operational programs ( or similar operational programs), industry practices within the business group. Independently conducts assigned responsibilities within the context of the business unit compliance program. Focuses on improvement and timely delivery of department initiatives. Identifies and leads changes which result in greater efficiency, reduced risk, and / or increased customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Knowledge of risk and control best practices
Ability to assess processes, identify improvements, and drive improvement execution
Ability to navigate and coordinate with business partners in Global AML, Technology, Project Management
Desired Skills:
Project Management Experience
Familiarity with Six SigmaAML Background and Experience
