Description
Is an integral member of the Client Team and assists the Credit Products Officer and Underwriter in credit management and the delivery of the end-to-end credit experience to our clients. Primary responsibilities include: 1) Preparation of: FASs, AERs, CARs, CAR Mods, SERs, Spreads, Risk Rating Scorecard, Credit Risk Profile, Repayment Model, MFA projections, Proposal Letters, and Term Sheets. Where required, this analysis includes reflecting a correct and thorough representation of the clients operations, repayment capacity, and other critical issues, paying particular attention to industry and financial trends and confirming the accuracy of risk ratings and recommending changes as warranted. 2) Assisting with the evaluation of new credit requests, and renewals and expansion of existing credit facilities to exceed client expectations. This includes client and industry research. 3) Monitoring of client's operating performance/financial condition and proactively identify issues and opportunities. 4) Evaluating client's covenant compliance and performance pricing issues that may require modification to approval and legal documentation. 5) Identifying policy exceptions and make recommendations that mitigate credit risks or remedy the exceptions. 6) Ensuring data integrity through the technically accurate input of information to all systems.

Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management. Proficient in using financial spreading tools (i.e. Moody's) and providing financial analysis
