Description
Responsible for collecting on Reclamation request from the US Treasury. Associate will make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to customers or relatives of deceased customers who received pension benefits after their date of death in which they were not entitled to receive.
Qualifications
"Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified:
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to differentiate service based on customers’ banking relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication skills including listening, probing and negotiating with customers to create a sense of obligation to resolve
the debt.
This should include the ability to deal with difficult customer scenarios in a manner that could strengthen the customers’ banking relationship.
• Extensive knowledge of deposit account rules and regulations required.
• Must have excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey clear and concise customer information to both internal and external
• Previous banking center or check processing experience helpful.
• Must have knowledge of Host/Web based systems (including but not limited to BOSS/FAST (Model), HOGAN/PARADOX/M&I (Seattle), COIN/IOLA (California), Vector 5, ImageView, FDES, ARAS).
• Must be able to meet deadlines, work independently and manage high volumes.
• Must have PC skills that may include knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, and Internet.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
