Position Description:

Position will manage a Premier market in the North Bay area. Primary areas of focus include Client Satisfaction, Investments, Deposits, loans and client acquisition. Requires significant marketing presentation, sales and relationship building skills. Develops strategies, processes and plans that enable a Premier Banking team to meet their client's expectations and develop and maintain important revenue-generating client relationships. Will be responsible for all aspects of hiring Client Managers for the Manager. The team's goal is to help their Professional and Executive Clients meet their personal financial goals while achieving the bank's sales, revenue and retention goals. Responsibility for the Bank of America associate Premier client base. The Market Manager is accountable for the overall performance of their team. Identifies and removes obstacles to ensure the team's success.




 

Qualifications


Specific Qualifications:

· Demonstrate proven leadership abilities and sustained results over a high performing sales team within the financial services industry

· Must have strong financial acumen and understands how the financial markets impact the retail banking business

· Proven business development and the ability to manage a start-up market

· Ability to inspire, coach and develop a team to top performance

· Proven experience creating a sales plan and executing on that plan

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Series 6/63/26 licenses

· Must possess a minimum of 7-12 years experience in positions of increasing experience and responsibility

· BA/BS preferred.



Expectations / Unique Challenges:

· Over the next 12 months, expectations are as follows: Hire, train & develop Client Managers. Coach sales team to build a book of clients and ultimately grow and deepen relationships with those clients. Build relationships in the market to establish the brand. Identify effective strategic opportunities within the market place and execute effectively against them. Meet business goals and objectives.

· Over the next 24 months, expectations are as follows: Market growth and development of talent within the region. Continue to grow and develop the sales team. Continue to grow and deepen relationships with clients.



Scope of Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Premier Banking sites and associated operational expenses

· Responsible for hiring Client Managers and associated personnel expenses

· Achieve loan production, investment, Loan Solutions, deposit, Customer Satisfaction, and client acquisition targets

· Devise innovative approaches and share best practices for growing the business to outpace the market

· Encourage involvement in the community - strategize with the team to create a positive community experience
