Description
Provides sales and some administrative support to one or more investment consultants. Responds to client inquiries both verbally and in writing, provides quotes, monitors accounts and posts transactions. May also provide new accounts support.
Delivers superior service to all customers, financial advisors and business partners. Assists financial advisors in recognizing sales opportunities and achieving production goals. Professionally and efficiently performs a variety of sales support and operational functions. Expedites research and problem resolutions, ensuring complete satisfaction. Processes all assigned tasks and paperwork in a thorough, accurate and timely manner. Stays current on product, technology, BAI policy and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
-Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
-Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills.
-Proven dependability, detail oriented and able to work efficiently in a heavily regulated and time sensitive environment.
-Self-motivated and team player.
-Series 7 and 63/66 licenses or obtain both within 6 months of start date.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Must have a minimum of a Bachelor ' s degree.
-Must have past experience working for a financial institution.
