Careers within these groups are typically concentrated in one of the following specialised areas:

Global Human Resources

leverages leadership in the marketplace and enables the company to drive revenue by attracting, developing and retaining a world-class workforce.

CFO Group/Finance

leads and integrates the company's business management processes to drive shareholder value growth.

Global Marketing & Corporate Affairs

is responsible for promoting and protecting the Bank of America Merrill Lynch brand ensuring that consistent messages accurately convey the company's corporate image and reputation.

Risk Management

effectively manages the risk and rewards for each area of the company.

Corporate Workplace

partners with each line of business to craft solutions for project and facilities management, associate awareness, energy management and the acquisition and disposition of space.

Legal

The Legal department is responsible for the provision of legal services for all of the company's activities across multiple jurisdictions and business activities. The department works closely with its Risk partners, including Compliance, Audit, Tax and Finance to identify and implement both best practices and legally compliant policies and procedures across the company's business and support unit activities.
