Corporate Workplace Executives. Corporate Workplace Executive teams partner with the lines of business to drive internal space planning and optimize the current real estate portfolio to meet business objectives.

Portfolio Management integrates delivery of workplace functions (transaction, project management and facility management) within geographic regions. The portfolio management team also ensures that associates and customers are comfortable and shareholder value is maximized through the efficient operation of our facilities.

Project Management leads all projects to build new space and buildings and upgrade existing space including the management of projects executed by outsourced support partners.

Transactions & Investments is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of space within our Administrative portfolio as well as leasing and subleasing office space to tenants in its owned and leased facilities. In addition, this group oversees the sale of real estate assets, and acts as the point-of-contact of any real estate joint ventures related to Bank of America.

Business Enablement Services Team is engaged in the technology and operations of Corporate Workplace, including everything from lease administration and space management to technology and risk management. The group is also responsible for the organization and management of Transition activities.

Workplace Innovation has a continuous goal of developing innovative solutions to simultaneously reduce the bank's costs and increase associate satisfaction. Priorities of the group include developing flexible work options for associates and using sustainable practices to reduce the bank's environmental impact.
